Educare is a specialized field focused on early childhood education and care, preparing students to work with children from birth to age 6. About the National Diploma in Educare (N4, N5, N6)
This course provides both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to ensure you are job-ready. It consists of three levels:
N4 (Foundation Level) – Introduction to early childhood education and care
N5 (Intermediate Level) – Advanced teaching techniques and classroom management
N6 (Advanced Level) – Specialized skills in early learning and preschool management
Work Experience Requirement: After completing all three levels, students must complete 18 months of practical work experience in an approved ECD center or preschool. This is required to receive the National Diploma in Educare.
